OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the session participants will have learned how to participate in meetings and take minutes courteously, effectively & efficiently.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?:
Members of staff whom from time to time, have to take minutes in meetings, whether in business or socially. The programme can also be used as a reminder/refresher by more experienced colleagues.

This is a half day course and runs from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm.
Member Cost: £100 plus VAT
Non Member Cost: £150 plus VAT
